Board of Directors

Connie Clark

CPA, Chair Connie Clark, CPA was admitted as a partner to Faske Lay & Co., L.L.P. in January 2014. Connie has served on CTCF’s board since 2016 and as board Chairman since 2023.  Connie and her husband David have two grown children and live in Georgetown.

Chris Price

Treasurer & Secretary

Chris is a Vice President and Trust Officer for Extraco Banks. Prior to joining Extraco, Chris served in the US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management offices in both Dallas and Kansas City, at a community bank trust department in Dallas, and then managed a small business for his family. He and his wife, Marybeth, have three boys, Jesse, Story, and Matthew. Chris serves as an officer on the boards of the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation which he joined in 2018, and the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas.

Tom Faragher

Managing Director

Tom Faragher was born in Seattle, and earned a University of Washington BBA and a Stanford Business School MBA. His 30-year career in finance included 14 years with Texas Commerce Banks, and 13 years as Administrative Director of the nonprofit Land Trust of Napa County.

Tom joined the CTCF board in 2020 and has served as Managing Director since 2023.

Stephen Benold

M.D.

Stephen Benold, M.D. is President of Benold Financial Planning in Georgetown. He graduated Cum Laude, B.A. in Biology and Economics from Rice University, Houston, Texas; and received his M.D., from the University of Texas Health Science Center, Southwestern Medical School, Dallas Texas.

He is certified with the American Board of Family Practice, and earned his Certified Financial Planner certification in 2007 and was admitted to the Financial Planning Board of Standards in May 2011. He is very active in many civic activities as well as activities in organized medicine. He joined CTCF’s board in 2020 and was Chair from 2020-2022.

Stephen is an El Paso, TX native. He attended Georgetown High School and currently lives in Georgetown with his wife of more than 47 years, Nancy. He is a member of First United Methodist Church where he has taught a Sunday school class for 33 years and has sung in the choir for longer than that.

Glynn Castro

Senior Vice President and Market Executive, Extraco Bank, Georgetown

Branch.  He has nearly two decades of commercial lending experience with Regional, Multi-National and Community Banks.  He is a graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas with a BA in Finance and Management information systems and an MBA in Global Banking and Finance from the Birmingham Business School, Birmingham England.

He spends most of his free time with his wife, Ann and two daughters, Emma and Gianna.

John Conner

John’s credentials include JD, LL.M. in Taxation and M.S. in Personal Financial Planning. He is also Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  John is a Shareholder at the law firm at Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody.  His day-to-day practice focuses on a broad range of client needs including estate and gift tax planning, tax planning, the management and preparation of estate plans, and the creation of various estate planning documents including wills, powers of attorney, and various trusts.  His experience also includes estate planning matters related to charitable planning, estate administration, international estate planning, and the creation and preparation of family limited partnerships and limited liabilities companies as estate planning tools.

 

In his spare time, John enjoys golfing, reading, traveling and spending time with his wife, Chelsea, and his daughters, Kenzie and Bree.

Eric Cooper

Eric C. Cooper, CCIM, Chief Executive Officer.  ​Eric has over 30 years of experience in the Construction and Development Industry and having worked on over 200 projects in 27 states, for national chains, City, State and County, and Federal Governments. Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to all phases of the development and construction process. From site selection, establishing control budgets, design management, and pre-construction, to “Build to Suit”, Eric understands and is versed in all phases of the process.

 

In 2014 he joined the Board of Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation and Future Trails Fund and was Board Chair in 2017.

Andrea Denton

CPA

Andrea Denton, CPA.  Andrea Denton is an Insurance Account Executive at Program Insurance Group, where she has been serving clients since 2016. A proud alumna of Texas A&M University, Andrea graduated in 2013 and quickly earned her CPA certification. After several years of tax preparation and financial planning for large corporations, she realized her calling was in the insurance industry – a passion deeply rooted in her family’s long history in the field. This realization prompted a successful career transition, where she now brings a wealth of expertise as a licensed agent, focusing on business insurance. Andrea’s client-focused approach is enriched by her diverse financial background and her commitment to upholding her family’s legacy in insurance. She joined the CTCF board in 2017.

 

Andrea grew up in Georgetown, Texas, and remains an active member of the community that shaped her. She is deeply committed to giving back and is passionate about philanthropy. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys time spent with her husband, Wesley, and their two children, making the most of family adventures.

Joseph Greer

Before joining Rainey and Rainey, Attorneys at Law LP Joseph worked in both education and wealth management.  Joseph obtained a master’s in financial planning from and a law degree from Texas Tech University. Joseph is one of only 13 actively practicing lawyers in Texas who also holds a CFP® designation.  Currently he is the Assistant Vice President at Austin Trust Company which he joined in 2023.  Joseph joined the CTCF board in 2023.

Mary Haught

Attorney at Law, Law Office of Mary E. Haught, has more than 25 years practicing in the area of estate planning, estate and trust administration, with extensive experience in fiduciary litigation representing trustees, beneficiaries, executors, and administrators. Mary joined the CTCF board in 2024.

Cayce Riggen

Cayce has been a Commercial Real Estate Agent for the past three years here in Williamson County.

She is a 2003 Georgetown High School alumni and joined the CTCF board in 2024.  She looks forward to serving the community she grew up in. Cayce has spent many years teaching and coaching in Leander ISD.  She is also a mom of two precious girls and a wife of 18 years. In her free time she likes to spend time outside, work on projects around the house, and be around her family and friends.

Katie Rinehart

Katie Rinehart joined Morgan Stanley in October 2022 where she is Branch Manager. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Although she is native to Grand Blanc, Michigan, Katie has lived in Austin, Texas for 32 years with her loving husband, two adult children and a new grandchild. Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading, traveling, expressing creativity in the kitchen and spending time with her loved ones.

A strong believer in giving back, Katie also serves on the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation board which she joined in 2019 and is actively involved in giving back to the community through volunteer activities

Bob Villarreal

Bob has lived in Georgetown and been a business owner in the Central Texas area for over twenty years after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Currently the Director of New Store Development and Support with Sport Clips corporate headquarters in Georgetown, he has actively volunteered for a variety of area non-profits. With a commitment to community leadership he has served on the Board of Directors for a number of nonprofit organizations including, Board Member and Chairman for the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, Board Member and Chairman for the Chisholm Trail Communities Foundation, Partners in Education, Lone Star Circle of Care, Georgetown Convention and Visitors Bureau Advisory Board, Georgetown Economic Development Business Retention and Expansion Program, and U.S. Congressman John Carter’s Small Business and Hispanic Business Advisory Board.

He’s been married to Oona for over thirty-six years and has two adult children, Dominick and Gabrielle who previously attended Georgetown High School before earning degrees from TSTC in Waco and Molloy University in New York.

Mike Weir

M.D.

Mike Weir, M.D., a Georgetown native, received his BA at Harvard, then attended medical school at University of Texas.  He served 25 years in the U.S. Army where he retired as Colonel. He returned to Georgetown to practice as a pediatric nephrologist/hospitalist at Scott & White, as well as a professor at the TAMU School of Medicine.

Mike joined the board at CTCF in 2008 and served as chair for two years.  He was then named as Managing Director where he wisely and effectively served in that position until he decided to step back at year end 2022. He remains very active on the Board and continues to serve as an adviser to the staff.  Mike has been named CTCF’s Managing Director Emeritus.

Mike and his wife Ann reside in Georgetown where he is active in many charitable causes.

Staff

Danielle Casey, our Programs & Administration Coordinator, earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Texas Tech University. She has a background in office management and customer service.

Diane Lint, our Senior Manager of Finance and Operations, has been with CTCF since 2009. She has over 30 years of experience in many industries including the insurance, construction, engineering, nonprofit, retail and service industries. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Master of Science in Accounting-Controllership from Texas Tech University.

Donna Stubblefield, our Administrative Assistant, brings to CTCF more than 40 years of administrative and accounting support for a variety of industries. Here she assists with the scholarship program, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, as well as property management for the CTCF building on the Georgetown square.
